When on a contact Contact Summary View, add event, select “Contact Task”. These can be assigned to the agent, assistant, closing coordinator, reservations, etc., whoever needs to complete the task. Agent, assistant, whoever may have assigned tasks can pull them from the Actions Tab. Change Action Type to “Tasks” Status=Scheduled Search
