Focus3 SalesManager now copies notes typed in on the call you are completing to the next scheduled call. This will allow you to easily add the reason for the call you are about to make. This is an interim solution for our automated next step process. In addition, you will soon be able to view the call notes on the call search screen to help further prioritize your calls. We will also have a one click to clear on the call notepad so you can clear the notepad quickly.
